Boxing Intervals

Boxing Intervals is a course focused on the specific training of Boxing and its skills. In this class you will go over basic and advanced techniques designed to harden and strengthen your body. Utilizing our Heavy Punching Bags, Speed Balls, and Boxing Pads you will sculpt your body into a lean, fight-ready instrument. Participants must bring their own gloves. Inferno!

Inferno is a high-energy cardio interval training class created for ALL fitness levels that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises that will scorch calories for a leaner body. This class will raise your overall fitness & stamina for high energy sports like football or soccer. You will be able to improve your core strength, coordination,agility , tone, enhance bone health and density ,and Increase heart and lung capacity through a full-body cardio workout. This class is a must to include in your workout schedule.

Interval Training

Interval Training is a course in which you condition your body for the best performance. Using hi/low aerobics intervals mixed with strength training and cardiovascular intensive movements, you will see and feel your body improve for ultimate performance. See our class schedule for times.

Kick Boxing

Kickboxing is a course that combines the focuses of our Turbo Kick and Boxing Intervals. In this class, you will use traditional aerobics combined with muscle conditioning to learn kickboxing technique. Pilates Class

Rhino fitness is now offering a new specialized Pilates class to all members. Pilates, also known as Contrology, is designed to target the core, increasing strength and stamina, and increasing your balance and improving your posture. This specialized class will use and demonstrate the basics and the more advanced forms of Pilates helping you to reach your goals faster. Piyo

Piyo is a course that utilizes many different types of exercises including Pilates and Yoga to give you a well rounded work out. In this class you will develop better flexibility, better endurance, and increased strength. PUMPED!

Come get pumped with energizing music and strengthen your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, curls, and much more. This class also has short Intervals of cardio entigrated between sets. Choose which weights will inspire you to get the results you want and fast! This class used Medicine ball, body bar, resistance tubes and free weights. Come join the fun!

Sculpt

Sculpt is a course in focused on strength training for the entire body. You will literally sculpt your body through specific exercises designed to hit individual parts of your body. These exercises combined with the use of free weights, body bars, tubing, medicine balls, and stability balls will drastically increase the results you will see. See our class schedule for times.

Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick is a course focused on improving your cardiovascular endurance. In this class you will challenge yourself through sport specific warm-ups, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, Kickboxing specific training, and Tai-Chi skills. Combo Flow Mat

Develop flexible strength by combining gentle Yoga poses, classic Pilates mat exercises, and/or the best of body sculpting with props, followed by a deep relaxation with a mist of lavender, all within one hour. Other benefits include flexible spine, long lean muscles, core strength, relaxed state-of-mind, and breath control. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and those who wish for a variety of mat toning exercises in a relaxed environment.

Z-Box

Experience the difference. Z-Box Fitness® (the Z is short for Zen) blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and end with Zen (that mimics Tai Chi) or a relaxation stretch. You will feel exhilarated - Expect quick results! Zumba

Zumba® is not your average cardio class! Latin inspired music and a combination of fast and slow rhythms promises to tone and sculpt your body while having a great time.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga will get you sweating, increase your flexibility, & tone your whole body at the same time. This class is very similar to PIYO; the only difference is you will tone & burn more calories by adding more power and muscle use through adding more dynamic movements. Boxing Extreme

Boxing Extreme is all in its name. Get ready to burn some fat!! You will use the basic cross, jab, uppercut, & hook punches along with adding power moves creating more muscle use & development. We will also be adding in power intervals that will tone & tighten your core without ever doing a crunch. Get ready to leave this class drenched & feeling empowered!!
