This course offers a unique balance of cardio and muscle sculpting exercises. These exercises will put you in the best shape of your life by switching up this 1 hour course into 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of sculpting.

Looking good and feeling good, you will wonder why it took you so long to get into shape.

Bootcamp Challenge

The Bootcamp Challenge is six week training with personal trainer. The class consists of explosive movements with intervals and strength training.

A wide array of equipment is used and classes are modifiable for every fitness level.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a mix of aerobics, boxing and martial arts, one of the most popular workouts in recent years.

This intense and total body workout improves strenth, fitness, coordination and balance while annihilating calories at the rate of 500 to 800 per hour.

Power Yoga & Pilates

The goal of Power Yoga and Pilates is overall body strength, lengthened muscles and flexibility. It is a balance between body and mind.

This class combines the fluidity and control of these holistic practices in order to improve balance and overall strength, stabilize and lengthen the spine, increase lung capacity, and improve posture.

Reps

Reps is an interval workout challenging cardio endurance, muscle strength and stamina through choreographed movements.

Your body will develop muscular memory for the repetitive movements.

After 4 to 6 weeks, the choreography is changed in order to create muscle confusion and shock the muscles to avoid hitting a plateau.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a program that moves you immediately from an exercise for one muscle group to an exercise for a different muscle group until all major muscle groups have been worked.

The circuit of activities can include free weights, calisthenic exercises, exercise tubing, and cardiorespiratory exercises.

Moving immediately from one activity to the next allows you to work the cardiorespiratory system as well as the muscular system in an efficient, effective manner.

Sculpt

Sculpt is a course focussing on strength training that will "sculpt" your entire body through exercises aimed at strengthening every muscle.

Weights, bars, tubes and balls are just some of the equipment used to make sure you will notice results.

Zumba

Are you ready to "party" yourself into shape? That is exactly what the Zumba program is about. It's exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired, fun and calorie frying and moved millions towards good health.

Zumba Toning

When it comes to sculpting your body, Zumba Toning raises the bar, or rather the "tonic stick". It combines sculpting exercises with high energy calorie-torching cardio Latin dancing.

Learn to use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks that enhance rhythm and tone your arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body while having a total blast.

Boxing Intervals

Release the day's frustrations in this total body interval workout with boxing and kickboxing drills.

As you burn through the calories, you'll become lean, powerful and strong while utilizing the heavy bags, jump ropes and your own speed and stamina.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

The One Stop Body Shock is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" creating continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a unique emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.

Achieve ultimate results in minimal time, burn 750-1000 calories in just 50 minutes. This high intensity style program uses free weights, resistance and body weight and combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D., Resistance, Intervals, Power,Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe and extremely effective. R.I.P.P.E.D. will challenge your levels of fitness and endurance!

Spinning

Spinning is a high-energy workout done on stationary bikes intended to enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.

During the class, the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! Select personal intensity levels through body position and bike tension.

The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can do it even when its raining or snowing outside! You are kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you and the high-energy music!

Bikes are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Members can get a number from the front desk or the instructor 15 minutes before class to obtain a bike.

Barbell Blast

Barbell Blast will sculpt your entire body as you burn fat, gain strength and produce lean muscle tone. With the use of a bar weights and additional plate weights, you will challenge all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl accompanied by a fun, chart-topping soundtrack.
